With its subtle sweetness, mild chocolate undertones, a hint of tanginess with every bite, and a color that really makes it pop, it’s a no-brainer that the red velvet cake is one of the most recognizable and well-loved cakes in the world. It’s the red velvet rizz that just makes the cake magical, but what if we turn it into ice cream? The result is DQ’s latest Blizzard of the Month offer—Red Velvet Delights, featuring seven different treats to sweeten your day!
First are three new Blizzard flavors, starting with the Red Velvet Cheesecake Blizzard, made with chunky bits of red velvet cake and bite-sized pieces of cheesecake all blended into DQ’s signature vanilla soft serve. There’s also the Red Velvet Dream Blizzard, a dreamy concoction made with vanilla soft serve, chunky bits of red velvet cake, and soft and chewy marshmallow bits. And then there’s the Red Velvet Nutty Chip Blizzard, made with vanilla soft serve mixed with chunky bits of red velvet cake, crushed peanuts, and chocolate chip bits.
If you’re looking for a cold and refreshing thirst quencher, you’ll never go wrong with the new Red Velvet Shake, a red velvet chocolate shake topped with whipped cream, that’s perfect for those really hot days.
Can’t decide between red velvet cake and ice cream? Well, you can have both with the Red Velvet Nutty Chip Blizzard Cake, a 100-percent ice cream cake made with vanilla soft serve, red velvet cake bits, a cake crunch center, and chocolate fudge, finished with frosting and topped with crushed peanuts and chocolate chips bits.
If you want your ice cream cake all to yourself, there’s the Red Velvet Dream Tin Cake, which comes in a reusable tin can. It is made with vanilla soft serve and bits of soft and chewy marshmallows, and then topped with red velvet cake bits and frosting.
The new Red Velvet Blizzard flavors are available in four sizes starting at P89, while the Red Velvet Shake are priced at P169 (12oz) and P189 (16oz). Finally, the Red Velvet Nutty Chip Blizzard Cake is priced at P749 (6 inch) and P1,199 (8 inch), while the Red Velvet Dream Tin Cake is priced at P439.
