Paradise Dynasty originated from Singapore, immerse in imperial culture and savor the exquisite flavors from northern and southern China. Aside from famous Chinese cuisine, they also have Szechuan cuisine dishes, which is a style of Chinese cuisine originating from Sichuan Province like Poached Beef in Szechuan chili oil, Poached sliced fish in Szechuan chili oil, Ma Po Tofu, Poached Chicken in Szechuan style and Spicy Szechuan Crispy Chicken.
Not only with their sumptuous dishes, but you will also be awed by the imperial ambiance of the Paradise Dynasty. The restaurant has elegant glowing lantern designs everywhere. It even has a stone dragon that welcomes you upon entering the restaurant.
On our table. We were able to try their specialty dishes: Specialty Dynasty Xiao Long Bao, Spicy Szechuan Crispy Chicken, Crispy Fried Crystal Prawns tossed with Salted Egg Yolk, Deep-fried Garlic Pork Ribs, Stir-fried Kai Lan with Ginger Sauce, Stir-fried Shredded Pork in Black Bean Sauce served with Chinese Crepes. Radish Pastry, Charcoal Custard Lava Bun and Glutinious Rice topped with grated nuts.
Paradise Dynasty is home to the legendary Xiao Long Bao or soup dumplings. They are the first restaurant to introduce 8 colorful flavors of Xiao Long Bao : Original, Ginseng, Garlic, Black Truffle, Cheese, Crab Roe, Foie Gras, and my favorite among all, the Spicy Szechuan.
Also, they also serve a variety of dim sum at Paradise Dynasty such as Pork Dumpling with hot chili vinaigrette, Chinese Buns, Lotus Paste Bun with salted egg yolk, Crispy Vegetable Spring Rolls, Pan-fried Shangai Pork Bun and others. We had Charcoal Custard Lava Bun and Radish Pastry. All their dim sum are tasty and savory! I love their Charcoal Custard Bun, the bun is so soft with oozing creamy filling of salted egg yolk custard! Yummm!

It is my first time trying the Szechuan dish and this Spicy Szechuan Crispy Chicken is a bomb! I love spicy food and it was indeed loved at first bite. I don’t mind eating this while Netflix binge-watching the whole day.

My personal favorites are the Crispy Fried Crystal Prawns tossed with Salted Egg Yolk and Deep-fried Garlic Pork Ribs! And it was my first time to try their Stir-fried shredded Pork in Black Bean Sauce served with Chinese Crepes.
They have various dessert options too! They have Pan-fried Pancake with red bean paste, Pan-fried Pumpkin Pastry, Chilled Mango Pudding, Chilled Glutinous Rice roll with red bean paste topped with grated nuts, Glutinous rice balls served with ginger soup, Chilled Aloe Vera in Osmanthus Jelly in honey lemon juice, and Glutinous Rice topped with grated nuts.

And of course, after our grand feast, we had Glutinous Rice topped with grated nuts for desserts. These are soft and chewy glutinous rice balls filled with grated nuts. Indeed a yummy way to end our feast!

Overall, we really enjoyed our food. We were able to satisfy our Chinese food cravings with appetizers, main courses, and Szechuan cuisines too! And true to its tagline, it is indeed the home to the legendary Xiao Long Bao. Try it yourself!
