Hello, 2026! And just like that, here I am writing another year-end review blog. So, here’s a look back on the highlights of my 2025: an adventure-filled year!

EAT.

Foodies forever! Check out our food spotting adventures on social media using this hashtag : #ELFoodspotting.

Food spotting adventure. New year, new places. We have tried new foods as we discovered new places. Foodspotting in Taiwan—I love Taiwanese sausages, stinky tofu, night market favorites like Ay-Chung Flour Rice Noodle in Ximending and pepper pork buns from Raohe Night Market, egg pudding, and so many other Family Mart and 7-Eleven finds! We also explore new cafes as usual. We also have our foodspotting in our North Loop adventure, like unlimited bagnet and Ilocos empanada and the famous pancit batil patong of Tuguegarao.

Food campaigns. Though this year, I politely declined some brands’ ex-deals campaigns with so many deliverables. I’m still grateful that I still have to work on brands and PRs that I love. Cheers to more food campaigns this year, please!

Eneros Kitchen.Magbebento pa rin sa 2025! Yes, as long as my kids want to, I will still be preparing simple bentos for them. I super love seeing my simple bentos. You can check it here: #mrsEneroinBENTOs.

PRAY and LOVE.

This year, I finally opened another online shop—Crafted by MrsEnero. I finally bought my first Cricut printer (Cricut Maker 3) and am doing my passion project. I am happy to explore creative stuff, the things that I love, and earning as well. I still haven’t practiced making stickers yet because the holiday season was always a busy season for me, but I was able to sell my first paper chip bags! Yahoo… Small progress is still progress, right? Thank you, Papa G!

Also, Mr. Enero and I were back to walking/jogging every morning. This is what I wish to continue doing in 2026, to be healthier and more fit for our kids.

TRAVEL.

We promised to lessen our local trips starting in 2025 so that we can still save money and have at least one international trip yearly. I’m happy that we have stuck to our plan, though there are still unplanned local trips, but still no regret, as we (as always) had fun.

Indeed an unforgettable year because our whole #TeamDiosDaddy family went to Taiwan last November for my father’s and siblings’ birthdays. This was our first international family trip! Thanks to Galila Travels (my siblings’ travel agency), we were able to have a hassle-free trip.

Also, we finally did our North Loop trip. This was Mr. Enero’s ultimate bucket list! Finally, after 2 years, we finally did it. Together with Team Tara Kape, we were able to enjoy our 9-day road trip from Manila to Ilocos Sur to Ilocos Norte to Cagayan to Aurora to Manila. I will definitely write a separate post about this.

Thankful for all the travel core memories this year!

Here are our 2025 travel adventures:

New Year’s Camping in Rizal
Visita Iglesia – Manila Churches
April beachcation with the Eneros
Quick trip in Lingayen
Unplanned Baguio trip
Luffy’s birthdaycation
Taiwan trip with #TeamDiosDaddy
North loop adventure with Team Tara Kape

Indeed another adventure-filled year! I am grateful for all our achievements this year—big & small, fulfilled dreams, and more travel core memories with our kids. May this new year, 2026, be filled with more unexpected blessings, more learnings, and more adventures!

Happy new year, dearest readers! Stay safe and healthy… always!
